Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?
Check your spam box. You should receive an email from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to email us at email@example.com or check your Account, if you made one at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will process and ship your order within 48 hours upon receiving your order (excluding weekends, holidays, and in the event that we are holding a special promotion and receive an influx of orders). Your order will be shipped based on your shipping selection during checkout. We offer First Class and Priority options.
